Individual training program with monthly modification
We take your history, skill level, and goals into account. After signing up, you will fill out a questionnaire that we will use to put together a customized workout plan for you!
Custom calories + macros
(fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance or reverse dieting)
Based on your history, goals, and your body’s individual response at a certain caloric level, we will calculate your body’s specific caloric needs for your goals. From there, we take it even further to develop a macronutrient profile (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) that will create an even more efficient response to achieve your goals and keep you feeling good!
Weekly check-ins via email
Receiving your programming is just the start! Take advantage of using experts in the field of health and fitness to make sure you are staying on track! There are constantly adjustments that need to be made to keep the process working for you. If you’ve ever been on a diet, you know that it only works for so long. That’s because you’re body adapts. Having us as coaches allows us to adapt your programming as your body adapts to your current regimen. The weekly check-in process allows us to monitor that progress and keep you moving toward your goals!
Access to private Facebook community (active clients only have access)
We take pride in building an online community that we consider family. Here you will be joined with like-minded individuals who are going through the same journey, experiences, and struggles. We are all here to help each other overcome those obstacles and achieve our goals! We also share recipes, tips, and events here!
Unlimited support from Josh + Alessandra
If you choose a membership that includes weekly check-ins, it is important to note that you are not limited to speaking with us on those days only. Your assigned day is for you to send your check-in sheet and evaluate the previous week. But if you have any questions, concerns, or just want to share something you think we need to know, you can email us as needed!
Video analysis of lifts
You can upload videos to your client folder for us to evaluate your technique and make sure you are doing the movements properly! This will help prevent injury and ensure you are making maximal strength gains with good form!
